An umbrella structure is best suited if you:

  a)  are contracting perhaps for the first time and are unsure whether or not you wish to  set up your own limited company.

  b) you have a contract which is worth less than around £30,000 per annum.

  c) are in the UK on a working visa.

  d) prefer not to set up your own limited company, even if your contract is worth more than £30,000 per annum.
